Local Businesses help their local countryside
At the attractive location of the Old Orchard in Harefield, with its stunning views over the Colne Valley, directors of the Colne Valley Park CIC presented certificates to the Colne Valley Park's Founding Corporate Supporters in recognition of their valuable contribution to the Regional Park.
The Colne Valley Park CIC aims to preserve and enhance the landscape of the Colne Valley for the benefit of the 3 Million people who live within 10 miles of the Park.
The Founding Corporate Supporters are:

- Buckinghamshire Golf Club
- Grundon
- Heathrow Airport
- Red Squirrel Brewery
- Thames Water
Anthony Foxlee-Brown from Grundon said:
"Our recycling and waste facilities at Colnbrook are located right in the middle of the Colne Valley Park, and many of our staff live within its boundaries. As a socially responsible company we want to make a strong and positive contribution to the further development of the Colne Valley Park as a place in which to live, work and enjoy recreational time"
