The Colne catchment will strive to buck the trend  of smaller and more isolated wildlife sites through improving the habitats of our waterbodies to create continuous and healthy river corridors which support a wide diversity of wildlife . The linked habitats will provide homes to thriving wildlife populations which are able to move freely and safely throughout the catchment.
